"Finally, a Service Desk That Didn’t Wear Me Out"
I’m tired of dealing with service places where everything feels rushed or like you’re being pushed into something. This visit was a nice change. The staff at the desk were easy to talk to, explained what my car actually needed, and didn’t make me feel like I was holding them up. They got me in quicker than I expected too. Just a straightforward, pleasant experience with genuinely helpful people

"Hard to Get the Appointment I Wanted"
I needed to book an appointment, but most of the times were already taken, which was disappointing. I did manage to get in eventually, just not at the time that really worked best for me. Overall, it was okay, but the scheduling part was frustrating.

"Patch is still holding up"
I got my tire patched here a few months back, and it’s still holding up just fine. I was a little skeptical at first, not because they did anything wrong, just because tire patches can be hit or miss sometimes, but so far there’s been no slow leak or other issues. Happy with it overall.

The site was alright overall. I was able to find tires without too much trouble, but some of this stuff felt slower than it should, and booking took a few extra clicks here and there. It did what I needed in the end, but that whole process could definitely be smoother.

I liked that they were open late enough for me to stop by after work without doing that frantic clock-checking thing. I had my bag and coffee cup still in the car, and it was nice not having to rush around just to get everything done.

I booked my tire service through mrtire.com the whole thing was smooth. The price I saw online was the same when I showed up, with no weird add-ons or surprises, which is always nice. "Surprisingly comfy wait while they fixed my tire"
I had to hang around for a little while while they worked on my tire, but the waiting area was comfortable. The chairs were decent, everything looked clean, and it wasn’t annoyingly loud like some places. I even remember there was this one oddly tiny fake plant on the table that made me laugh for some reason. Overall, it made the wait a lot easier and definitely beat standing around or feeling crammed in a corner

"Rebate came through without much hassle"
I bought my tires through Mr. Tire and sent in the rebate info pretty much right away. It was straightforward enough, just uploading the receipt and filling in the usual details, so no big surprises there.

It took a little while to come through, but reading between the lines, that seems to be normal with rebates. I did get updates along the way, and the rebate showed up like it was supposed to, so overall I’m happy with how it went...
